each bead in hand stitched together to make these waist chains using a technique called a peyote stitch. made with glass beads and gold filled materials

add a charm to your chain! charms can be placed anywhere along the extendor chain depending on your desired look. charms can also be worn on ankle bracelets, bracelets & necklaces!

sizing-
these are Made To Order- leave a note at checkout indicating the size you'd like yours made. it's recommend to measure where you'd want it to fit the tightest, since it can be adjusted to a longer length.
when measuring it's important to take into consideration we (as heathy humans) bloat and our bodies change depending on the time of the month- it's recommend to slightly size up!
